Portrait | By Suede

This scent is personal to me because I am blessed enough to be friends with the creator. One thing my friends know about me is that if you come to me with something, you know I will keep it 100. And honestly, I am so happy to share this scent as one of my favorites.

Portrait was created by multi-disciplined artist (photographer, perfumer, curator, content creator) Spencer Charles. The goal for creating Portrait was for the scent to last longer and really capture the essence of his lifestyle collection: Suede. Charles states “I wanted this scent to feel more intimate and timeless, like my photos. Nothing lingers like a portrait.”

Portrait by Suede is a gender neutral Eau De Parfum, but if you don’t care for warm leathery scents, this one may not be for you. It has notes of Bourbon Vanilla, Amber, Tobacco, and Sandalwood. This fragrance is seductive, warm, yet familiar enough to wear daily. Personally, it reminds me of Tom Ford’s Tobacco Vanille. So if you are looking for a lavish scent for a fraction of the price, this is it!

Suede

Suede started as a unisex niche cologne, handmade by Spencer Charles. Inspired by the fabric it’s named after, Suede is soft, warm and smooth, yet nappy and rustic. Suede has since grown into a collection of lifestyle pieces of a certain aesthetic. Suede is an understated cool - cozy yet savvy, poise and alluring. Suede is Casual Elegance.
